Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; you retain access to your paid features and any remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis within 14 days of purchase, calculated as: (months remaining ÷ 12) × annual price, minus credits already spent at the per-credit rate of your plan.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
Credits
Spent credits are never refundable, including credits used to unlock a contact you later determine you do not need. Unlocked contacts remain accessible permanently, including after subscription cancellation, as documented in our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email compass@mesa.so from the email on your account, with the subject "Refund request". Include your subscription ID (visible at /account/billing) and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
Disputes & chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
Exceptional cases
We may issue full or partial refunds outside the policy above at our discretion, including for confirmed service outages or material billing errors on our part.
